After months of planning and preparing, collaborating with the Program Coordinator and Recreation Supervisor at the West Vancouver Seniors' Activity Centre, I established the Keeping Connected: Memory and Imagination Workshop, a dementia-friendly program. This was an extension my involvement with my community's seniors since the pandemic when I was in Grade 9.
